There are some areas of advice where the work required will vary significantly subject to the exact circumstances and requirements of the client, such that it is not possible to set a fixed fee structure. However, where a fixed fee or scale of fees is not appropriate, we charge by reference to the work done in accordance with our usual hourly rates as shown below. We will give you an estimate of our likely overall costs at the outset of the matter for your approval before we start work.
