Neale Turk LLP are committed to improving access to legal services for all, regardless of social background or wealth. It has become more difficult to get Legal Aid and increased court fees and the affordability of legal services often hinder the proper administration of justice.
What are we doing
We are working with others to make sure we understand how best to help improve access to legal services. For example, we work closely with Citizens Advice Hart and offer bi-weekly appointments to their clients.
Our employees volunteer at local charities, including Citizens Advice, to provide legal advice to those who otherwise could not afford it.
As well as continuing with our face to face services, we now deliver services by email and online, thereby reducing costs and making our services more affordable for all.
